Time Off
Recently I have had quite a bit of time on my hands so I've been working on some projects. I am almost done with a cross stitch I have working on for a few years but I need about 35 stitches worth of floss to finish it. The project I did finish all the way was an afghan which I have pictures of. It was a pretty quick and simple pattern.

You say it's pretty quick and simple. To me it looks involved and elegant...beautiful. I never could learn the art of simmple crocheting. My work just looked like a bunch of blobby knots. Ah, well, I can knit.
